Deadlines

  • Abstract submission: January 24, 2025 February 2, 2025
  • Acceptance notification: February 7, 2025
  • Paper submission: February 21, 2025 February 23, 2025
  • CICTA X: March 6 and 7, 2025

The most outstanding papers will have the opportunity to be published in the Revista Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad de Antioquia. Please note that papers must be written in English to be published and must not have been published in any other journal.

Part of this process is carried out from CICTA; accepted abstracts do not need to submit additional information to the journal. However, please note that the acceptance process in the journal is independent of the CICTA conference organization.

Abstract Submission

  • Abstracts of up to a maximum of 1000 words will be accepted.
  • To ensure an impartial review process, only the email address of one of the abstract's authors will be collected. The acceptance or rejection notification will be sent to this email address.
  • Abstracts submitted via email will not be accepted.

Abstract submission period has ended.

Article Submission

All submitted articles must comply with the guidelines defined by the Revista Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad de Antioquia. You can find more information about them here.

  • Articles must be submitted via email to [email protected] with the subject CICTA X - Article.
  • Only files with a .pdf extension will be accepted.
  • Name the file with the title of the paper to be presented.
